Licence notice for downloadable resources
Ownership
All templates, registers, checklists, toolkits, training materials and other documents supplied by Veracious Consulting remain the intellectual property of Veracious Consulting.
Downloading or purchasing a document gives you a licence to use it. It does not transfer ownership.
What you may do
Within your own organisation, you may:
- use the documents for your organisation’s internal purposes;
- adapt, edit and customise them to suit your service;
- add your own branding, organisation name and details;
- print and distribute them to your own workers;
- store them in your own document management system;
- include them in your own policy and procedure suite.
What you may not do
You may not:
- resell, licence, sublicense or otherwise commercialise the documents, in original or modified form;
- share, publish or distribute them to any other organisation, provider or individual;
- upload them to any public website, template library, file-sharing service or online marketplace;
- use them as the basis of a product or service you offer to others, including consulting, template sales or training;
- remove or obscure any copyright, version or attribution notice, except where you are rebranding a document for your own internal use;
- represent the documents as being approved, endorsed or certified by any regulator.
Licence scope
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, documents are supplied under a **single-organisation licence**. The licence covers one legal entity and its workers.
If your organisation operates multiple legal entities, or you wish to share materials across a group, a separate licence is required. Contact [BUSINESS EMAIL] to discuss.
Organisation-wide training licences are subject to the terms set out on the relevant product page.

Documents are supplied on an “as is” basis. Veracious Consulting does not warrant that any document is suitable for your particular circumstances, complete, current, or sufficient to meet any obligation.
Using a document does not demonstrate, achieve or guarantee compliance.
