Typically includes a pre-session questionnaire, the session itself, and a short written summary of discussion points and suggested priorities.
Standard Package
Essential Compliance Health Check
- A focused review of core compliance systems, suited to smaller providers or a defined set of areas. Typically includes document review, a discussion with your nominated contact, a written findings report with prioritised recommendations, and a debrief session.

- Structured preparation ahead of a verification, certification or mid-term audit. Typically includes a review of evidence against applicable outcomes, an evidence matrix, a remediation action plan, and a pre-audit briefing. Mock review and practice interviews can be included by agreement.

Ongoing Compliance Partner
- Continuing compliance support for providers without an internal compliance role. Inclusions are scoped to your service and confirmed in writing. See Ongoing Compliance Support (link) for typical inclusions.

- The number of locations or sites
- The size of your workforce
- The volume and condition of your existing records
- The urgency of the work
- Any travel required
We will always confirm scope and cost in writing before starting. If the work turns out to be larger than expected, we will tell you before doing it rather than afterwards.
