What you are purchasing
You are purchasing general template documents, registers or recorded training materials produced by Veracious Consulting. You are not purchasing a compliance outcome, a consulting service, or an assessment of your organisation.
These products are general, not tailored
Our digital products are written for general use across a range of NDIS providers. They are not tailored to your organisation, your participants, your workforce, your registration groups or your risk profile.
Before use, you must:
- customise the documents to your service;
- check them against the obligations that apply to you;
- approve them through your own governance processes;
- communicate them to your workers and provide training where needed;
- implement them consistently;
- review and update them regularly.
No approval or endorsement
These products have not been reviewed, approved or endorsed by the NDIA, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, any approved quality auditor, or any other regulatory body.
No guarantee of compliance
Purchasing, downloading, adapting or using these products does not demonstrate, achieve or guarantee compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS rules, the NDIS Code of Conduct or any other obligation, and does not guarantee any audit or registration outcome.
Not legal advice
These products are not legal advice and must not be relied on as such.
Recorded training
Recorded training sessions are educational only. They are not accredited training, do not confer any qualification or unit of competency, and do not by themselves satisfy any training obligation. It remains your responsibility to determine whether your workers require additional or accredited training.
Currency and updates
Each product shows a version number and a last reviewed date. Requirements change, and a product may not reflect changes made after that date. Where an update entitlement applies, it is stated on the product page.
You are responsible for checking that any document you use remains current and appropriate for your service.
Delivery, access and refunds
Products are delivered as digital downloads to the email address provided at purchase. Please check that the address is correct, and check your junk folder if the email does not arrive.
